Colyn Desatnik has been practicing law in California since 1984. He is a member of the exclusive Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which regards itself as the most prestigious group of trial lawyers in the United States, whose membership is limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. He is also certified as a specialist in Immigration & Nationality Law by the California State Bar.
Mr. Desatnik has been practicing in the fields of Corporate/Business, Immigration and Personal Injury in Orange County for over 30 years. Mr. Desatnik is a graduate of the prestigious University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa, where he practiced as an Advocate/Barrister before immigrating to the United States. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, US District Court, Central District of California and California Supreme Court. Mr. Desatnik is also admitted to practice and has practiced as a trial lawyer before the Supreme Court of South Africa.
